Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and facility management expertise to all Removery, LLC locations across the US and Canada as well as the Corporate Headquarters. The Facilities Manager is charged with the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs, and workplace service delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building and space. An emphasis of this role is placed on a positive response to the concerns and needs of our associates, clients, and regional ops teams. This position coordinates the activities, financials, vendors, and manpower required for current and future needs of the building and operations.  The role requires experience managing facilities for a multi-unit retail organization.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure custodial, life-safety, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance, are implemented and completed out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and regularly review all vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and are bid out as required; validate that vendor invoices match contract pricing
  • Respond positively and promptly to requests from Store Ops, studio associates, and landlords
  • Manage all preventative maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties and keep records
  • Prepare, review, and give initial approval and as needed all budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and proposals related to the facility(ies) or complex
  • Collect, analyze and report statistical data as may be required to provide accurate and current assessment of facility management objectives

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • You've done this before— 5+ years’ experience of relevant facilities management experience in the retail, medical, dental, or med spa industries
  • Thrive in a high-growth environment with constant change as your companion
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines & projects in a fast-paced environment along with a knack for solving problems and spotting inefficiencies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with resilient attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills; approaches tasks with positive attitude and enthusiasm; diplomatic and dependable
  • Experience managing a budget and allocating financial resources appropriately
  • Experience in facilities management platforms; Corrigo or Service Channel preferred
