The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.  


Position Overview: 

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, identifying, evaluating, and hiring top talent for all roles across Removery. This position acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leaders, helping to shape hiring plans and execute recruiting strategies that support the rapid growth and evolving needs of the organization. Success in this role requires a friendly, approachable, and professional presence, strong results orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease. The ideal candidate is optimistic, relationship focused, an exceptional communicator across all levels, and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to building world-class recruitment capabilities. 
 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Manages the full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through hiring, including job intake, posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.  

  • Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview plans.  

  • Trains and coaches hiring managers on structured interviewing techniques, competency-based evaluations, and inclusive hiring practices.  

  • Prepares and presents offers to candidates, highlighting the total rewards package including base pay, benefits, career growth, and applicable incentives.  

  • Creates, tests, and refines multiple sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates that supports organizational growth.  

  • Conducts proactive outreach using LinkedIn, niche platforms, professional networks, events, and creative talent engagement methods.  

  • Leverages recruiting technologies to source talent, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate, real‑time candidate data. 

  • Builds scalable processes and documentation for all recruiting workflows, handoffs, and pre-boarding and onboarding steps.  

  • Supports the smooth onboarding of new employees by coordinating pre‑boarding tasks, ensuring accurate handoffs to internal teams, and delivering a welcoming, organized start‑to‑finish experience.  

  • Tracks and analyzes recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.  

  • Ensures compliance with all employment laws, internal policies, and ethical recruiting standards.  

  • Partners with the People team to support the implementation, optimization, and adoption of new HR and talent platforms that enhance efficiency and scalability. 

  • Drives equitable hiring practices and ensures diverse candidate slates across all roles, reinforcing Removery’s commitment to inclusion and representation. 

  • Represents Removery at hiring events, conferences, and community engagements, serving as a brand ambassador for the mission and culture. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.  

  • One year of professional experience in candidate sourcing or full-cycle recruiting within healthcare or a similar field. Two or more years as a full-time recruiter within healthcare is preferred.  

  • Ability to work from our Austin, Texas headquarters at least 4 days per week, excluding time off and approved business travel.  

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related recruiting technology tools.

  • Strong relationship builder capable of energizing both candidates and internal teams about the impact of the work.  

  • Creative and persistent in building talent pipelines, marketing roles, and generating candidate interest in competitive markets.  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various stakeholders.
