Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Brand Manager to join our team at an exciting time of growth and transformation. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role, where you’ll be part of a high-energy, collaborative environment driving the next chapter of our brand evolution. As we invest heavily in expanding our brand and work with top-tier agency partners, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead the charge in building a compelling, powerful brand story across 150 global locations. You’ll craft creative campaigns that not only engage but resonate deeply with our audience, strengthening the Removery brand and expanding its influence. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of international, regional, and local marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across 150+ global locations. 
  • Campaign Leadership: Own the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with designers, developers, copywriters, and other creative teams to produce cohesive, high-quality assets that drive results. 
  • Data-Driven Campaigns: Leverage 1st party client data and survey insights to design and execute targeted campaigns that address audience needs and enhance brand presence in key markets. 
  • Creative Excellence: Drive the development of standout creative assets that tell an impactful, memorable story, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints. 
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and forge meaningful partnerships with like-minded brands and organizations to amplify brand presence and reach, in line with Removery’s values and growth goals. 
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and manage key brand events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and awareness. 
  • PR Coordination: Manage day-to-day communications and coordination between the Removery team and our PR agency to maximize media coverage and public relations efforts.

Qualifications: 
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, ideally in a consumer-driven brand. 
  • Proven expertise in leading omni-channel marketing campaigns, from concept to execution. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making. 
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
