Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20+ years and have performed more than 1,000,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years. 
 

POSITION OVERVIEW 

As a Virtual Sales Consultant, you will serve as a vital connection between Removery and prospective clients. This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, the ability to build trust quickly, and a proven track record of converting interest into action. You will play a crucial role in driving new client growth by conducting virtual consultations, educating clients on the removal process, and guiding them toward treatment decisions that align with their goals. 


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conduct virtual consultation with prospective clients, building trust and rapport 

  • Clearly explain the treatment process, benefits and outcomes to drive client confidence 

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively overcoming objections and closing business 

  • Communicate in a clear, engaging ang persuasive way across multiple channels (phone, video, email and SMS). 

  • Leverage SRM tools, data and reporting to maximize performance and track progress 

  • Continuously refine consultative selling techniques based on coaching and feedback 

  • Adapt to a fast-paced, call center-style sales environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service 


Success in this role will be measured by achieving targets tied to key performance indicators including but not limited to: 

  • Start rate and overall conversion performance 

  • Collections and payment mix (IHF/third party financing) 

  • Cancellation rate and win-back effectiveness 

  • Strong collaboration with studio and Inside sales team 

  • High levels of client satisfaction and positive client experience 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • 7+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success. 

  • Experience in call center or remote sales environments is required. 

  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build long-term client relationships. 

  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office Suite, comfortable adopting new technologies and tools. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to simplify complex information. 

  • High adaptability, strong judgment and the ability to thrive in a changing, fast-growth environment. 

  • Open to coaching and feedback with a continuous improvement mindset.   

  • Flexible schedule, including availability for some nights and weekends.
