Position Overview:
The Growth Director owns and accelerates Removery’s end to end new client acquisition engine, driving scalable revenue growth across North America and Australia. Operating at the intersection of performance marketing, revenue strategy, and data analytics, the position is responsible for optimizing the full customer funnel - from awareness and consultation bookings through package conversion and long-term client value. This role requires a commercially minded operator who can translate data into action, improve efficiency across channels, and maximize return on marketing investment. Working cross-functionally with studio operations, brand, technology, and analytics teams, the Growth Director will build and scale systems that enhance both digital and in-studio performance. This position drives data led strategy builds marketing and CRM infrastructure and creates feedback loops that enhance client experience and conversion performance over time. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will serve as a key strategic partner in shaping growth initiatives, expanding market reach, and strengthening Removery’s leadership position in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Paid Media
· Owns the strategy and performance of all paid and organic acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and emerging platforms, as well as organic channels such as SEO, content, lifecycle touchpoints, and on‑platform discovery. Drives sustainable growth by optimizing organic visibility, traffic quality, and conversion through cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven experimentation, and continuous performance analysis.
· Owns and manages large-scale media budgets across multiple channels, balancing investment, and efficiency with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV to maximize sustainable growth and profitability.
Funnel Optimization & Conversion
· Owns end-to-end analysis of the acquisition funnel from first click through booked consultation to purchased package identifying friction points, drop-offs, and conversion gaps across digital, operational, and in-studio touchpoints. Leverages quantitative performance data and qualitative insights to understand client intent, behavior, and barriers at each stage of the journey.
· Leads a robust experimentation roadmap across landing pages, booking flows, messaging, offers, and on-site experiences, using A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve conversion performance. Defines clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas for each test, ensuring experimentation efforts are disciplined, actionable, and aligned to growth goals.
· Serves as a strategic partner to the Technology and Contact Center teams to continuously optimize digital touchpoints across the full client journey. Leads efforts to identify friction points through data, experimentation, and user insights, driving enhancements that improve customer experience, increase conversion, and support scalable growth.
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
· Develops and owns market level growth strategies for new studio openings, ensuring demand is generated, and momentum is built well ahead of launch. This includes designing localized go-to market plans that drive awareness, lead generation, and early bookings prior to opening, while partnering closely with Real Estate and Operations to align timelines and execution. The role defines success metrics for each launch, monitoring early performance indicators, and adapting strategies in real time to ensure studios ramp efficiently and hit utilization- targets in their first critical months.
· Develops tailored value propositions, messaging, and other strategies that resonate with each audience segment’s unique needs and motivations. These strategies may span paid media, partnerships, promotions, and localized activations, with a focus on testing, learning, and scaling what proves most effective over time.
· Analyzes performance across the full funnel to determine how channels should work together at various stages of market maturity, from pre-launch awareness through conversion and retention. Guides investment decisions by translating data into clear insights and recommendations, balancing efficiency with long-term growth, and ensuring marketing dollars are allocated in a way that maximizes impact and supports Removery’s overall growth strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
· Builds and maintains scalable, executive-ready dashboards that provide clear visibility into acquisition performance, studio-level trends, and overall portfolio health. Ensure metrics are accurate, actionable, and aligned to business goals, enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and leadership.
· Translates complex data and performance signals into clear, actionable insights, delivering concise recommendations and performance narratives to executive stakeholders. Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities and influence strategic decisions through compelling data storytelling.
· Owns growth forecasting across acquisition channels and lifecycle stages, partnering closely with Finance to develop and maintain revenue models. Ensures forecasts reflect performance realities, investment scenarios, and growth initiatives, supporting confident planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy.
Cross-Functional Partnership
· Collaborates closely with Brand, Studio Operations, and Product teams to ensure all growth initiatives are operationally viable, scalable, and aligned with brand standards. Partners cross-functionally to translate growth strategies into seamless, real-world execution at the studio level, ensuring marketing initiatives drive demand that studios can confidently deliver while maintaining a consistent, premium client experience.
· Champions a culture of experimentation grounded in intellectual curiosity, data-driven learning, and accountability. Encourages teams to continuously test, learn, and iterate across channels, messaging, and experiences using clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, and rapid feedback loops.
Education Required:
· Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred. Candidates with significant, demonstrated success leading growth strategies at scale considered in lieu of advanced education.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles, including at least 3 years of leadership capacity.
· Ability to work on-site from Removery’s global headquarters in Austin, TX at least 4 days per week.
Professional Experience Required:
· Proven history of scaling customer acquisition programs in a multi-location consumer services, healthcare, or retail environment
· Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
· Experience managing significant paid media budgets ($5M+) with measurable ROI.
· Analytically rigorous, with equal fluency in data models and creative briefs
· Strong communicator who can distill complex growth data into clear narratives for executive and board-level audiences
· Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
· Strong organizational discipline with exceptional attention to detail and execution
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
· Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Preferred Experience:
· Experience in aesthetics, wellness, MedSpa, or multi-unit franchise/retail environments
· Experience with local SEO and reputation management at scale
