Position Overview

The People Operations Coordinator provides critical support across the full employee lifecycle with a focus on delivering a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for all team members. This role involves onboarding administration, employment data changes, leave management coordination, Tier 1 benefits support, compliance tasks, talent sourcing, people's programs and recognition, and offboarding processes. The HR Coordinator partners closely with the Talent Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and employee centric execution of all People & Culture workflows. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Works closely with cross functional teams and third party leave vendors to handle leave requests and employee absences ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements. Advises operational partners in providing reasonable accommodation, such as modified work schedules or job responsibilities, and ensures consistent and equitable treatment for all employees. 

  • Support core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions 

  • Supports the People Operations team with 1 questions, requests, and other administrative responsibilities. 

  • Maintain accurate employee records and data in HR systems  

  • Assist in the administration and communication of HR programs (e.g., performance cycles, engagement surveys, policy updates)  

  • Partner with cross-functional HR teams (HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to ensure a seamless employee experience 


 

Required Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Two years of professional experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or similar administrative roles 

  • Ability to work from our headquarters in Austin, TX, at least 4 days per week, excluding approved time off  

  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to support employees across all levels of the business. 

  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. 


 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience)  

  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems 

  • Experience coordinating travel or large‑scale onboarding logistics 

  • Familiarity with I‑9 compliance, leave administration, and ADA basics 

  • Experience supporting multi‑location or high‑growth businesses
